My ex girlfriend actually brought me this for Christmas last year. I like because it’s very very causal and fitted. You can wear it with jeans or khakis all year around. When shopping at Forever 21 you really have to try stuff on there to make sure it fits, and that you get a good one. Meaning stripes match up a the seams/aren’t sewn crooked, there isn’t puckering at the seams etc. It’s mainly because it’s made in China. Just look at the garment and it will tell you. It’s likely that various items are made in a number of different factories in different countries.
